When you complete a Wellness Profile, your answers and the recommendations we prepare from them are stored securely and shared only with your assigned wellness coach and authorized Best Life Couple staff who support your coaching. They sign in to view this information. Your responses may include health and lifestyle information you choose to share, such as your age, height, weight, goals, energy, digestion, allergies and eating habits. The Wellness Profile provides general wellness and lifestyle guidance only. It is not a medical assessment and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition.

If you request information, complete a Wellness Profile, download a resource, or otherwise contact us, we may send you emails related to your inquiry, wellness goals, educational content, or available programs.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Like most websites, we may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website and to improve the user experience. You may disable cookies through your browser settings if you prefer.
Ad measurement.
With your permission, our Breakfast Reset pages use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure which of our ads bring visitors to our website. If you allow it, Meta receives that you viewed the page and that you requested your Breakfast Reset, along with the cookies and technical information its Pixel normally collects, such as your browser type and IP address. We never send Meta your quiz answers, your name, your email address or any wellness information. You can change your choice at any time with the “Ad measurement choices” link at the bottom of the page, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

We may use trusted third-party services such as website hosting providers, analytics and advertising measurement providers (such as Meta), email marketing platforms, and form processing tools to help operate our business. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their services.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide to us. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We keep your Wellness Profile responses, recommendations and coaching notes while you work with us, so your coach can see your history. Each year we review records with no activity for three years. We do not delete records automatically based on age alone. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Our website is not intended for children under 13. Our Wellness Profile and Wellness Check-In are for adults 18 and older, and we ask you to confirm your age before you submit one.

We do not knowingly collect Wellness Profile or Wellness Check-In information from anyone under 18.
